Dear FCC, I disagree with the proposed changes to the internet rules, specifically changes to the Title 2 authority that enable the FCC to effectively regulate the internet for free and fair access. I support net neutrality, and the equal treatment of internet traffic. As a certified network and security expert, and Systems Administrator for a large data network, I am concerned that changes to internet traffic based on paid priority will not only cause networking problems, especially in our international connectivity, but will also have negative effects on small business and mid-size business internet access. My technical knowledge leads me to believe that, as a mid-size business, we will pay more to enable our web server to function effectively, and consumers of our content may experience glitches and delays when compared to internet giants like AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, Google and Amazon. Taking a full, hands-off approach is not creating a free internet, it's letting the broadband providers take control, and I have no doubts that their content will be prioiritized above ours. For a free and fair internet, we have to have a level playing field. That level playing field happens when traffic flows as fast as possible, and that means all traffic. We should not be adding artificial bottlenecks and roadblocks to the net. Please preserve Title 2 oversight, and preserve our net neutral internet. Thank you.
