The idea that you are opening the internet to "free market" by eliminating Net Neutrality is a misnomer. The only thing you will accomplish, by eliminating Net Neutrality, is having the big businesses (the ones that can afford it) will have "high speed" internet while mom and pop or a start up internet businesses will be throttle back unless they have big money up front. Also the Idea that I would just switch my internet provider if I was not satisfied with them is also false I really only have one high speed internet provider (Comcast). So since there truly is no free market for a Internet provider then I will be forced to pay whatever Comcast wants me to pay for at normal speeds. In Conclusion your "free Market" would become more of a monopoly for big corporations while me as the consumer would end up paying the price. Vote No and keep Net Neutrality
