Hello FCC, Title II of the Communications Act of 1934 is a critical regulation we must keep in place. I cannot express how important it is to ensure this stays in place and to keep it in its current form. My entire career has been solely dependent on Net Neutrality, as do millions of others, in place. I have managed a significant portion of the internet in which Net Neutrality had a large impact on small to large businesses. This regulation allows the ability to ensure small business have the ability to raise up and prevents monopolies/oligopolies from forming. It is a critical aspect of how my company I currently work at came to be and will be for many others. As a security professional, I must also include the significant security risk this poses as well. If Title II of the Communications Act is removed, it will cause a devastating amount of infrastructure dedicated to traffic shaping. This will increase the attack surface by manipulating DNS requests and shaping traffic coming in/out of networks. This will increase the attack surface and could cause a risk to the underlying infrastructure. I cannot stress the importance of keeping the current regulations in place. Without the regulation ensuring the current state, also previous state before the regulations, it could cause severe impacts in the economy and access to information for those less fortunate. I strongly support the classification of Title II of the Communications Act. Best Regards, Jonathan
