The FCC should maintain Net Neutrality. As a PhD scientist, I am aware of the need for *all* knowledge and research to be freely available, in order to maintain the scientific and economic progress that makes America great. I am also aware of how badly the public can be misled or manipulated by even small changes in the loading speed or behavior of websites. Allowing telecom companies the option to control which sites we're allowed to see, or which load promptly and function well, will stifle innovation and harm our polity.
