To Whom It May Concern, I'm very concerned about the FCC dismantling Net Neutrality. The Internet functions as a utility, incredibly different from how it was used 20 years ago. Additionally, USA consumers have very limited options regarding their Internet Service Providers (ISP) for high data rates today. I only have two options for my household high speed data, one of which is significantly slower than the other and also the same as my cellular provider. I do not trust the ISPs to provide equal bandwidth to all sites. Both here in the USA and in other countries we've already seen demonstration they are willing to flaunt that concept. It is unrealistic to put the burden of reading the ISP's fine print on the consumer and have us individually fight against our only/few options to get equal access to all legal parts of the Internet. This is part of the FCC's job, to provide us access to the communication regardless of who is providing the content and how much money they can or cannot pay the ISPs. Thanks, Caley Burke
