I believe that this be voted against. It does nothing for the consumer except to possibly end up costing more. What we need is more competition between ISPs within each home and doing away with Net neutrality would put a stranglehold on innovation because ISPs would end up doing the bare minimum for the consumer. We also need a free and open internet to get information, and not possibly piecemealed out in different plans. Please vote no for 17-108.
