I strongly support net neutrality backed by Title 2 oversight of ISPs.

Supposedly, we are a country w that is based on "Freedom of Speech."  This includes the concept all internet traffic should be treated equally (e.g., ensuring all users have equal access to information and resources, protecting freedom of speech (without net neutrality, internet providers can block websites whose political views they disagree with.
