Hello I would like to register my opinion on the "Restoring Internet Freedom Order". Allowing large ISP's to determine the traffic on their network on the information provider level is very problematic, and could lead to a very biased media landscape, something that would be bad for American Democracy. While large service providers like Google, Amazon, Facebook etc will be able to negotiate with the likes of Comcast, Cox, Verizon, and AT&T, small startups will be at their mercy, leading to a further erosion in small business viability. As ISPs purchase content providers, they may continue to work to block or reduce access to content providers owned by their competitors, balkanizing the Internet into segments depending on where you live. Given the current lack of actual competition in the ISP market in most locations, this could make Internet access more expensive and less useful. This order would restore freedom to ISP's, but not American citizens. Please do not approve this order, and continue Title 2 oversight of ISP's. Regards Dave Bengtson
