The Internet as it has existed is one of the most democratic institutions created by mankind. Anyone regardless of race, nationality, wealth, education, or any other consideration can access the 'Net and express his or her views, download/upload material, enjoy educational or entertaining sites, or just plain surf for enjoyment on an EQUAL footing.

Please, please maintain net neutrality to keep it a safe and happy place for all of us.
