Please don't roll back Net Neutrality. It's there for many reasons, and one of the reasons is to allow people with disabilites to manage small businesses online, in order to earn a decent living. We don't want our businesses to be squashed and leave us without means of earning our livings. Second, people with disabilities, especially the Deaf people and others with speech disorders or speech impediments to use special software (such as one offered by Sorenson Video Relay) to communicate with other normal, hearing people. That means we have to subscribe to such cable services like Comcast that offers high speed internet. If Net Netrality is rolled back, that means if Comcast, for example, thinks we are using up too much bandwidth they will throttle and/or put a cap to the usage of bandwidth - that would be unfair, for we have the same right to call through internet (via phone or computer) the same way hearing people make their calls. And the third is that new technology is being developed all the time. To roll back Net Netrality is to say we are going back to old technology and old ways before 2015, which makes no sense. We have to keep developing new technology but at the same time ensuring that there must be fairness all around - not taking advantage of each other or throttling each other just to get ahead, which is why Net Neutrality is installed in the first place. Thank you~
