Do not vote to change the existing "net neutrality" regulations (and do not engage in Orwellian doublespeak about them by giving this vote such a misleading name!). These regulations have been in place to ensure equal access to the internet, which is increasingly a necessity for individuals, corporations large and small, and nonprofit organizations; they prevent internet service providers from blocking or throttling access to certain sites, manipulating service speeds, or otherwise controlling what websites and online services are available to their customers. We have plenty of evidence that ISPs have engaged in this kind of behavior in the past, and the requirement that they be "transparent" about their actions will have little to no impact on their ability to manipulate customers' access to certain companies, political views, healthcare providers, etc.
