To whom it may concern: 

I strongly urge the FCC to protect innovation and consumers by not changing policies as it relates to net neutrality. Additionally, particular provisions that will due away with subsidies that low-income families benefit will detrimental to children who use the internet as a tool to learn. If they currently pay $15 per month for basic internet service, they won’t be able to afford the market rate for internet access.
