There is an old adage that is applicable here, "If it works, DON'T FIX IT!" 
Internet neutrality works, don't fix it. 

The internet is an invention funded by the American people via the original
ARPANET. It is public property, not to be used as a corporate profit center. 
Internet access is already controlled by monopolies. To kill net neutrality 
would deliver a vital communication resource to parties with no commitment to 
the public good.
