Hello, Im writing you from Bulgaria about the net neutrality issue.
We have a simple saying over here.
Is it working properly? If yes, do NOT mess with it.
The internet is working fine. Do NOT fuck with it.
If you do, others will follow.
And when they do human civilization will degrade. Right now we have access to information like we have never before.
EQUAL access. 
This magnificent thing called internet. The ability to communicate and transfer information in seconds
is very valuable to the ENTIRE human civilization. This is what makes our species move forward.
No net neutrality  does not mean we will lose these abilities, but it will restrict certain ways of communication.
This will slow the process of advancement.
Please, look at this matter from the perspective of how it will affect our evolvement as species.
It's not only a matter of money.
