I am against this proposed change in rules. I support Title 2 common carrier regulations for broadband internet for internet service providers. These companies are regional monoplies with no competitors and removing these regulations would give them unilateral power over both the data providers and consumers on the internet. No entity can be allowed to have that power with many true competitors, which is not true of the legaly enforced monopolies we have now. Since these companies are given the same protections as power and phone carriers, they must also face the same regulations. They have already proven themselves not to be trustworthy, we cannot trust them. They hypotheticals are not hypothetical. See the google wallet vs. isis instance. Do not move forward with this change in regulations. Thank you for your time, Calvin Bryan
