I support Title 2 oversight of ISPs and I support net neutrality. Broadband internet access is, at its core, a public utility and service. Treating it any differently would be devastating to the broader economy not to mention lead a handful of the biggest ISP's closer and closer to being able to monopolise in regions of the country, but to completely kill the ability for so many possible start up companies (that would be small business) to never exist.  Net neutrality must be maintained if we are to have a fair, open, meritocracy-based society that can compete with the rest of the world.
