To: Federal Communications Commission and staff Date: 11-27-2017 As requested by FCC CTO, Eric Burger, I am filing this notice of ex-parte presentation regarding WC Document No. 17-108: The Internet should not be regulated by any Service Provider. Doing so is going against the majority of Americans and it should be noted that not listening to the American people during major decisions like this is illegal and those that choose to ignore to hear our voice will be held accountable. Change is necessary to move forward in life, but the repercussions of messing with an open source market such as the Internet could very well have devastating results. I urge Commissioners to maintain the Title II Order as it is because it is currently the best scenario for the citizens of this country. Without this, some Americans will only receive small bits of pre-approved content and services. This will be taking a major step backwards for our country, and we will be moving towards more similarities as countries with oppressive regimes. Broadband Service Providers must maintain the 'common code' of the Internet and the FCC is the only governmental agency that has the power to uphold this responsibility.
