I support Title 2 oversight of ISPs and I support net neutrality.  It benefits consumers by enabling free competition among creators of content and services. The Internet is the most level playing field for publishing/distributing news, information and entertainment in the history of humankind. ISPs should not, either positively or negatively, be able to discriminate towards any particular app or a website, just because they own that company. Moreover, sites should not be discriminated against because of their political content. Should FOX news be free but CNN need to pay a premium? There are just not enough ISPs available to the standard user, and the hassle of switching is too great. The net result is a degraded experience for the user, to the benefit of providers.
