The ability of the American people to freely access all information on the internet from the perspective of ISP's is critical to the maintainence of a well-informed electorate. Additionally, it has been demonstrated repeatedly that open and fast access to the internet is critical to the economy. From a social and fiscal standpoint the necessity of Net Neutrality is clear.
