I want to express my support for Net Neutrality backed by strong oversight of ISPs under Title II. The internet is mandatory for everyday life, and allowing what is a monopoly or duopoly in every region of the country to regulate our access to one of the most crucial pieces of infrastructure is nothing but foolhardy and shortsighted. The fact is that the existing regulations regarding Net Neutrality do not go far enough, and further provisions should be added to prevent abuse of the system with schemes such as "zero rating".
