I urge all involved in trying to destroy net neutrality to
perform an individual investigation of all parties against net neutrality.
The jump to Title 2 has not impacted ISPs in a significant enough
manner that it prohibits any investment in our infrastructure.
Do not let political corruption ruin humanity's greatest
communication network because ISPs are consumed by greed.
