Regarding Proceeding 17-108 on Internet regulation...

I strongly support retaining existing regulartion on Internet Service Providers. A commmonly stated, I support Net Neutrality, holding the belief that government regulation is essential to constrain the desires of ISPs to grant favored status to certain types of content or content affiliated with companies in which the ISP has a vested financial interest. ISPs are businesses, influenced primarily by the Profit Motive, and must be constrained to behave in the public interest by regulatory forces, which are not similarly bound in service of private financial benefit.
