I do not support the repeal of 2015 FCC regulations which reclassified the internet as a Title II public utility. Although Title II was established in 1934, the regulations Chairman Pai want to put into effect come from 1996, when broadband was barely a thing. Including internet as a common carrier makes complete sense in this Information Age. The Commission should vote to keep the current regulations and not allow ISPs to control internet speeds based on pricing plans.
