I am writing to express AGAINST Docket #17-108. I am concerned that the repeal of net neutrality rules is too risky and may block Internet applications and programs that Deaf people need. If Comcast, Charter, AT&T, or some other ISP slowing it down, blocking it, or charging the Deaf customer extra because Deaf videophone users (the biggest bandwidth-users) need to communicate in sign language via internet. That is how it could negatively impact Deaf community, and and they might lose their jobs or limit their career opportunities. How can the repeal of net neutrality rules guarantee the same or better protections for Deaf customers?
