I continue to support oversight and regulation of ISP's that are pro-consumer, rather than pro-provider, via Title 2 regulation, and completely oppose the repeal of Net Neutrality rules. No Large ISP that is against Title 2 regulation stands to lose anything but a certain future as a regional monopoly. America should be pro-competition in the marketplace for big businesses, just as it is for the working class that has to suffer under the pro-business manipulation of rules put in place to protect the average citizen.
