I ask you to NOT implement the FCC plan to end Net Neutrality.  Please vote NO at the December 14, 2017 proceeding. I do NOT want ISPs to have the power to block websites, slow them down, give some sites an advantage over others, split the Internet into "fast lanes" for companies that pay and "slow lanes" for the rest, or force me to buy special "tiers" to access the sites and services I choose.  I want FREEDOM of use for all users of the Internet (just like the Freeways we drive),and NOT to be throttled by the dictates of a commercial entity (which has little , or no competition).  Sure, users need to continue paying for internet access, but EQUAL access is a public and individual right.  Don't Tread on Me.
