I am a software entrepreneur. I own a small technology business and provide public safety software in Connecticut. I fully support Title 2 oversight of ISPs and very much oppose the repeal of net neutrality rules. My business depends on easy access to my web pages and other non-standard IP traffic. My business relies on the IP telephony to keep in touch with remote workers. My business depends on easily accessing my services from anywhere in the country, for both remote developers as well as customers. I see no benefit to me personally, nor to my business if the net neutrality rules are repealed. I can only see this action increasing the fees I have to pay to ISPs to stay competitive. These businesses are getting plenty from me, as I already pay more for faster bandwidth. I also access may little-known sites for collaborative work. I access many non-profit sites, sites for the common good of open-source programming for instance, who make little and have little to pay the ISPs to allow them to prioritize their sites and stay competitive. This rule change is not helpful to the consumer nor small business, and I urge you to leave the rule alone. Thank you.
