Greetings I am addressing the issue of Internet use and what is being labeled as Net Neutrality. What I would like to see from any Representative which truly listens to Citizens of The United States of America is the Transparency of their Constituents. By doing so, the people who strive for Freedom of Speech and the Liberty to freely communicate with others by whatever means necessary to acheive this Right. All I seek is to ensure my Constitutional Rights of Speech and the Liberty to practice those Constitutional Rights without being Limited. I feel, that by removing this level of Net Neutrality, those who provide available Services within the Internet field of Public Service can limit the access of the Freedom of Speech and Access towards information that proves the Transparency and true intentions of those who wish to Represent the Citizens within The United States of America. The sole idea of having to provide a monetary payment towards an existing service already labeled as a Public Utility Service with the intent of providing access to those Rights Guaranteed within the Constitution of The United States of America, goes against that given set of Rights. Then there is the Ideals of a single person or group of persons that goes beyond the standard Ethical Protocol to deface or demean the Ideals of another person or group of persons for personal gratification or the gratification of others who, through Peer Pressure or means thereof, so as to acheive the means of power or wealth for themselves over those whom they are suppose to Represent within the Rights of the Constitution of The United States of America. I know this missive may seem lengthy and atad wordful towards an Ideal, but I wish it to make a point that just because the few wish to have power over the Many so as to acheive further power is not the way Democracy works. At least not in this way, the last I checked. A simple Idea for those wanting to change things which are already deemed as part of an Amendment or Law Set. Don't try to reverse its intent to meet an Ideal of the few. Try to improve the Ideal for the Rights of the many. Sincerely, Dan Reinhardt
