Please, Keep the Internet under the Title II order. Net Neutrality is the digital equivalent of the Commons. The proposed change to the order, will allow blocking, throttling and paid-prioritization. The proposed change will, essentially, be another “enclosure,” of the digital commons. Please, vote to keep Title II oversight of the ISPs.
