Net neutrality is essential to the vibrant functioning of the internet, both technologically and as an engine of economic growth and commerce. The internet was founded to support how people and organizations interconnect. It was not founded to support big corporations at the expense of individuals, small businesses, and others without the funding to pay off ISPs to privilege their content. Without net neutrality, we will find ourselves, our nation, and our economy more limited in capacity with fewer freedoms and opportunities. This nation was founded on freedom and opportunity. Corporatization of powerful tools like the internet is not what the founding fathers had in mind when they created this great nation and its governance embodied in the Constitution of the United States. Protect net neutrality.
