Hello, my name is Merlin David Liverman, and I live in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA. This is about proceeding 17-108, the Net Neutrality repeal: Repealing Net Neutrality is an apocalyptically HORRENDOUS idea. And you are about to set yourselves up to be remembered for this benighted attack on the Public's interest for all time, ladies and gentlemen. Repealing Net Neutrality -- as protected by Title II government oversight of ISPs; will *hurt* not only individual persons, but also it will harm American small businesses. Among other more academic anti-progress effects it will have, it will specifically stifle Internet access for poorer folks and for rural communities, who are business markets -- both in the present, and which also represent the *future* of economic growth for us. It will allow bloated, inefficient concentrations of stagnating unearned privilege, i.e. large corporations an utterly unjustifiable power to decide Web market winners and losers (both in terms of specific applications or software, and web content), instead of allowing the markets to decide these things, as should be the case. Repealing Net Neutrality will therefore hurt America and that is why I am registering this complaint. Thank you. Do not repeal it.
