Net Neutrality is a public good.  Please continue to require and enforcw it.

Rather than putting control over accesss into the hands of the ISP companies, consider permitting high-volume content providers (Google, Netflix, Amazon, etc.) build their own private superhighways from their servers to the ISPs' local switches, but from there to the consumer, preserve the right of all content to be treated equally.
