Please OPPOSE WC Docket NO. 17-108 and thus preserve Net Neutrality.  I am a senior citizen and the broadband provider here already has charged for multiple tiers of service in the past, and I am paying $65 per month for the minimum service.  These providers will price me out of the internet if they are not stopped.
