Abandoning net neutrality will result in a huge impediment
for rural customers who have limited network speed and 
business or personal internet usage patterns other than
streaming popular content.  It will severely impact the
ability of these people to work from home.  I speak as
one of those who would be severely affected.

Please do not pass this regulatory change.
