I oppose the rule making as it will take funding away from Community TV.  It will also allow the Cable companies to use a town\'92s rights of way for free.  Having been granted monopolistic access to sell products to the residents of our Town, these companies need to remain good citizens and return something to the Town.  Funding Public Access TV is their way to do this.
