I would like to say that the vote that will be 3 to 2 in favor of
the republicans just add to mega-failure that will be the republican midterms.
The chairman should expect that he is investigated for conflict of interest as a
former employee of Verizon he should have recused himself from voting on rulings
that could financially reward him in the future.
