Pertaining to a public comment filed regarding 17-108 A comment filed on May 11, 2017 and posted to FCC public records the following day from Clark Chapin at 32 Rocky Creek Trl, Swannanoa, NC 28778 in favor of the revocation of Net Neutrality is an instance of the fraudulent use of my identity and a fraud carried out against the government of the United States. I am Clark Chapin and I resided at the address cited until March 21st of this year on which day I sold said property. I did not submit the posted comment. Additionally, my views can in no way be interpreted to be in support of the revocation of Net Neutrality rules. I lodge this complaint to correct the record and to alert the FCC to a clear case of fraud and identity theft. It is my expectation that the FCC will investigate this matter, identify the criminal responsible and press charges so as to safeguard both the private citizen and the FCC’s public comment process from further instances of fraud. Failure to do so would, of course, implicate the FCC in the perpetuation of said fraudulent activity.
