To whom it may concern.,

I own and operate a small wireless internet company in a rural area of New Mexico. We are about 50 miles south of Albuquerque along I-25.

I moved there about 12 years ago, after spending over 2 years trying to find a internet company to service our area, I started my own small company. My company currently employs 3 employees and services about a 26 square mile area. The total population of this area is about 7,000, of which we service a little under 200 households.

We have utilized NN licensing for small repeater locations or micro-cells to support small neighborhoods and coverage areas.

These proposed rule changes would cause me to stop growing and providing these needed services to areas that are unserved now, or even require me to eliminate service areas that are currently served.
