As the principal member of Bays-ET High-speed Internet Service, A wireless Internet Service Provider. I express our support of the WISPA group filling against the new proposed rules changes in the CBRS band. WISPs around the country have made it a priority to bring broadband to rural America for nearly 20 years. In these 20 years, we all have brought truly unlimited data to residents outside of the traditional wire line services. The major carriers have not. Metered connections have been their go to for their own benefits. Not the benefits of the communities they serve. Wisps have deployed successfully 3.65-3.7 GHZ hardware and have proven our dedication in rural America with the band. Some of the major carriers have not effectively utilized the education band as promised leaving the citizens with one less avenue to become connected. Wisps have been and will continue to be the pioneers of the uncovered and underserved markets. As members of those communities, and small business operator it is in our best interest as well as the interest of the communities we serve to keep the 3.5 band in the hands of the operators who have continually proven their commitment to the communities. These bands are desperately needed to serve, now and into the future. As a citizen of an underserved community, to this day the major carriers have not improved service to my neighborhood and my community. Many of the residents here have access to internet service thanks to 3.65 technology delivered by us, a local wisp. The Major carriers already have access to the most ideal frequencies to deliver reliable data services in rural America, and they have neglected to do so. Sad to say, this is a re-occurring theme throughout our great country. I firmly believe the citizens of the United States will benefit most from the 3.5 band by allowing the small operators make use of this band. We will deploy faster. We will deliver truly unlimited services. And we will do so at the lowest total cost to the Citizens.
